Have you tried to upload our new team photo to your personal page and been told the file was too big? I hate it when that happens.
I've optimized the new team photo -- the real one, not the "funny" one in which I look like I'm about to give birth -- to an appropriate size. You'll find it on the network under Shared and Avon Walk Photos. Use the file ending in "_Web" and you should be just fine. (If not, let me know.)
If you're not a GMAC employee, please contact one of us and we'll send the photo via e-mail.

Thanks Jennifer - what would we do without you. I uploaded the team picture successfully by just changing the ending to web.
One more question - do you know how to change the link to each of our home pages and also the team page so it's not a huge lone address like http://info.avonfoundation.org/site/TR/Walk2008/WashingtonDC?team_id=43270&pg=team&fr_id=1430&s_tafId=295532
but something cute like www.TeamMBAhomepage
It must be somekind of hidden text...but what do I know.
